Gen-Z thinks Facebook is just where their parents go to share life updates when in reality, Facebook Marketplace is filled with hidden treasures and one-of-a-kind items. By tapping into Gen Z’s love for the paranormal, the campaign brought supernatural authenticity back to the spooky holiday. Facebook Marketplace turned into The Haunted Marketplace, where some of the most notoriously haunted houses in America listed real haunted items. This campaign proved that truly anything can be found on Marketplace while re-engaging Gen Z with Facebook.
