Description
ASICS revealed our desks are a danger to our mental health. While bosses offer performative wellness policies, ASICS proved 15 minutes of movement reverses the effects. Challenging ineffectual corporate wellness culture with Succession's Brian Cox reimagined as a mental health champion in a viral PSA, supported by the 'Desk Break Clause' - the first employment contract clause for movement. ASICS amended their contracts and got others to follow, dominating World Mental Health Day with 1.7K earned media placements, driving 1.2M workers to move, 130 companies to sign up and W.H.O endorsement.
