Cat God Helpline

The idea, put simply, is a modern, comedic twist on a “helpline,” hosted by our beloved in-game Character Cat God, on the popular messaging app, LINE, which is heavily frequented by gamers. This comedic helpline allowed us to engage with, and help, stuck and frustrated players progress further in the game, while ensuring that fewer gamers would leave and more would return. Furthermore, because our character was a "deity" we played off of religious tropes in a way that was very in keeping with the bizarre/irreverent sense of humor in the game.
