Avamposto Gin

Avamposto is a private residence and a former military outpost in the countryside of Piacenza, from 1481. It sits in a valley, surrounded by fields of lavender, vineyards and animals. The first time the owners visited the property a fox was found inside the house. Known for it´s intelligence, creativity and adaptability, it was adopted as a symbol for the identity of the property. The ambition was to explore a new sense of luxury, creating an experience for invited guests only through the estates hand-crafted products. The Gin is infused with lavender from the slopes surrounding the distillery.
